The Apulian Investing team assisted the client through various steps: Initially, at the project's outset, helping in the search for the right architect and contractor, evaluating quotes to ensure they fit the budget, and planning activities to avoid unforeseen extra costs. During the construction phase, AI provided the client with video and photo reports on the site and during the inspections of involved technicians (architect and engineer). In addition, AI assisted the client during item purchases and logistic organization to the site, ensuring that the site would always run smoothly, avoiding interruptions in the workflow.

Highlights
Casa Oliva is an example of how to make the most out of an old dwelling. The entirely stone-faced facade and the polished concrete kitchen worktop, made on site by local artisans, give the Apulian touch that makes it unique. The initial layout was transformed through client’s cleverness and it is now an excellent source of income in the active market of seasonal rentals in Puglia. This project is a perfect example of a strong spirit of collaboration and teamwork that develops between project management and the client, who played an active and decisive role in the process.
